How do you handle IP ownership?

Standard contract: you own all deliverables (code, models, prompts, evals, docs) on delivery. We retain rights only to the generic tooling and internal frameworks we bring to every engagement. No 'we own the models we trained on your data'.

What tech stacks do you work with?

Backend: Python (FastAPI, Django), Node.js (NestJS, Next.js), Go, Rust. AI: OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, Neo4j, Weaviate, Pinecone. Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure. If your stack isn't listed, ask: we usually have someone.

How large is a typical engagement team?

Small and senior. Typical squad: 1 architect (part time), 1 PM, 2 to 3 engineers. We win by density of experience, not headcount. Large enterprise engagements scale to 5 to 7 people; we don't do 20 person 'consulting bench' work.

What's the pricing structure?
