Do you only support AI systems you built?

No: we take on existing systems too. First 4 weeks is a 'reverse engineer + document' phase where we build the monitoring, eval harness, and runbooks. From month 2 onward, standard support pricing applies.

How does pricing work?

Fixed monthly retainer, scoped to the number of models and expected traffic. Range: $8K to $40K/month depending on surface area. No 'here's a rate card, we'll bill you by the hour'.

What happens when a model needs to be retrained?

Included in the retainer up to standard scope. Major changes (new architecture, new training data source, new features) are quoted separately. We flag the trigger, propose the plan, and execute after your team signs off.

Can you support systems in our VPC?

Yes. We work inside your infrastructure: read only observability access is enough for most support work; write access for deploys/retraining is scoped and time bounded per PR. No credentials sitting in our systems.
