What's the minimum engagement length?

3 months. Two month engagements never produce meaningful IP; four+ weeks are barely enough to onboard properly. Standard engagements run 3 to 12 months.

Do you work full time equivalent or part time?

Both. Full time (40 hrs/week, dedicated to your project) or fractional (10 to 20 hrs/week, spread across multiple clients: usually for senior architect roles). We recommend based on your workload.

How do you handle time zones?

Our engineers are US Pacific to Eastern. We schedule at least 4 hours of daily overlap with your team's core hours. Async work happens on your schedule: you don't wake up to overnight Slack backlogs.

What if we need to end the engagement early?

30 day notice: either side. No 'you're locked in for 12 months' surprises. We've never had a client end early because the work wasn't landing; when it happens, it's usually a strategic pivot on their side.
